You will work out for five days a week. After five days you will see the benefits already physically and mentally. You can see visible results in your waistline immediately.
Prior to starting your workout, write down in the SHAPES Diary or in your own journal one thing you like about yourself (physical or personally) and one thing you are grateful for.
Two workout plans for you from Monday to Friday, divided per body parts.
SHAPES Dynamic and SHAPES Cardio. Stretching and beginners sections available too. The classes range from 10 to 45 minutes in length. Remember to be consistent and work out every day, even if you only have 10 minutes free.
