The body is designed to move every day so I created the SHAPES Method to exercise in a way which could serve this daily movement. Combining my creativity and energy with STOTT  Pilates foundations, my method focuses on toning, healthy weight loss, functionality, healing and inner balance.

SHAPES Studio offers four different classes: beginner, dynamic, cardio & stretching.

The SHAPES METHOD Benefits

To create long, sculpted muscles, without adding bulk, we use the Pilates technique to work the small muscles in order to get the large muscles longer and leaner. Fitness exercises are added to increase your stamina and heart rate, and we incorporate ballet moves to help you with balance, coordination, and toning.

Breathing is key in the classes as it’s the main basic principle of Pilates. Breathing will help you to focus, switch off from the external world, and to dedicate time to yourself.

After just 30 days, you’ll notice visible results from following the plans I provide you with. This will generate momentum, which will help you exercise every day with motivation and love for your body.

My two main dynamic and cardio classes have the same benefits. The choice simply depends on your personality. Are you a more sedentary person that needs to boost energy? SHAPES Cardio is for you. Are you more a creative, hyperactive person? SHAPES Dynamic is for you. Working out is unique to each individual. We need you to tune into yourself and understand where you belong. Only by understanding what makes us feel good, can we be consistent. You can always mix your workouts when you need some variety.

Focus on self-love. You are going to use the SHAPES Diary as a tool of gratitude and self-appreciation to help you keep going and always find the right motivation to show up on the mat for yourself and for your wellbeing. With the SHAPES method you will increase your self-confidence, reduce your stress level and works towards inner peace.

SHAPES Dynamic

This is a dynamic Pilates class based on the mat that borrows from the ballet, yoga, and cardio fitness principles, while having a solid foundation in Stott Pilates. During these classes, you will flow through a variety of functional movements and more traditional Pilates exercises.

  • Mini Ball
  • Pilates Ring

  • Light Weights

  • Mini Band

  • Long Band

  • Foam Roller

SHAPES Cardio

This is a powerful workout consisting of everything you would normally do in a SHAPES Dynamic Class, but with segments of low- and high-impact cardio to increase your heart rate and burn body fat.

SHAPES Dynamic

This is a dynamic Pilates class based on the mat that borrows from the ballet, yoga, and cardio fitness principles, while having a solid foundation in Stott Pilates. During these classes, you will flow through a variety of functional movements and more traditional Pilates exercises.

SHAPES Cardio

SHAPES Stretching

Restorative stretching routines can be done either in the morning, in the evening, or prior to your workout. They are full-body routines that make your body feel longer, soothe pain, and immediately improve posture.

Prior to starting your workout, write down in the SHAPES Diary or in your own journal one thing you like about yourself (physical or personally) as well as why you like this attribute. Also, write down one thing you are grateful for in your life, and why.
