
Chickpea Detox Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Fennel
- 1 Avocado
- 150 gr Spinach
- 200 gr Lettuce
- 2 sticks Celery
- 100 gr Carrots
- 50 gr Cherry Tomatoes
- 200 gr Chickpeas
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Soak chickpeas in water over night
- Grab a big bowl, chop and combine all the ingredients
- Add dressing at the end and mix really well in the large bowl first
- You can add a little bit more dressing to taste
