This easy green soup has only four main ingredients: green beans, spinach, butternut squash, and celery.
When using good quality fresh ingredients, you don’t need to add anything else to make a meal filling and nutritious. This soup is fresh and light and you can have it as a side with your fish, meat, or legumes, or as a main course with rice, or even use it as a dressing.

Instructions:
- Cook the vegetables in a large pot with oil and salt.
- Blend together with water – add very little water if you prefer a thicker soup, and add more water if you want a thinner soup.
- Add any additional herbs and spices to taste.
