2 standing short workouts you can combine together if you like; a standing abs workout and a standing lower body workout (with or without mini band). 
You can literally do this workout in a tiny space, outdoors or in a work break. 
The lower body in standing is great if you spend many hours in sitting position, it will help immediately with hip flexibility and blood circulation. 
You can find these classes in “latest videos” on our exercise library.
The level of these classes is 2/3, but please try and take a rest when you need. 
The beauty of working online, is that you can pause, take a break and keep going when you are ready.
